All Vinyl Buddy products ship from our warehouse in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. We don't ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, so orders placed then ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates start once your order ships and aren't guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and customs can add time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges aren't included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't able to cover the cost of reshipping an order that was sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivering it. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, is running well past its estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us at vinylbuddyshop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help you contact the carrier and file a claim. For items that arrive damaged or defective, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
