Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love your Vinyl Buddy gear. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if you've opened or used it.
How to start a return
- Email us at vinylbuddyshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note about why you're returning the item.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages sent without a return request may not be accepted.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, we'll ship you a replacement directly.
