This Privacy Policy explains how ADM Global LLC, doing business as Vinyl Buddy ("Vinyl Buddy," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit vinylbuddy.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us.   • Order information: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors; we don't store your full card number.

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
